When the function succeedes you can modify calc.exe as you like and windows will not replace (repair) the file. But, of course all other system files stay protected by windows because you didn't used SetFileException for the other files.

Through Dependency Walker we can see that sfc_os.dll is exporting 11 functions: 4 of them are exported by name which are: SfcGetNextProtectedFile SfcIsFileProtected SfcWLEventLogoff SfcWLEventLogon And the left 7 mysterious functions are exported by ordinal! SetSfcFileException is a function located at the 5th ordinal in sfc_os.dll but its name is never mentioned in Dependency Walker because the effects of that function are extremely dangerous for the security of protected files in Windows.
